These terms govern the use of the Cozinido online store (www.cozinido.com) and any purchases you make there. By placing an order, you accept them. Each order is governed by the version in effect at the time it is placed.

Our store runs on Shopify, but your purchase contract is directly with us: Shopify is not a party to it.

Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and keep your account secure if you create one. We sell for personal use, not for resale.

Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes, duties or other costs are shown before you pay, where possible. Shipping is free on all orders. If a price is clearly wrong, we will let you know and you can either continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

How to place an order
Add products to your cart, enter your shipping details and payment method, and confirm your purchase. You can review and correct all your information before paying. We will then email you an order confirmation, which serves as proof of your purchase; we keep an electronic copy that you can request. If a product sells out or we detect possible fraud, we may cancel your order before it ships and refund everything you paid.

Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when you confirm your order, through a secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to you or to the person you designate.

Returns and refunds
You can return your purchase as explained in our Refund Policy. If a product arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you as described in that policy. We are the seller and are responsible to you, even when the product is shipped directly by our supplier.

Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of this store belong to Cozinido or its licensors; you may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify.

Use of the store
You may not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses, scrape data in bulk, or access it with bots or automated agents that do not identify themselves as such. Any reviews you post must be truthful and respectful; we may remove unlawful or offensive content. If you breach these terms, we may block your access.

Liability
We are responsible for our obligations as required by law. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the store, for delays due to events beyond our reasonable control, or for the content of linked third-party websites or tools. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Privacy
We handle your personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; changes only apply to orders placed after they are published.

Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you have a problem, email us at soporte@cozinido.com and we will do our best to resolve it. Customers in Colombia may also contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (www.sic.gov.co). Customers in the United States may also contact the consumer protection office of their state.
